High Speed News Monitoring Service Delivers Today's Press Clips Promptly Throughout the Day

Stratford, CT. — 03/05/2004 — CyberAlert, Inc., a leading worldwide media monitoring service, today announced the launch of RushClips™, a new high speed news monitoring and press clipping service that automatically delivers today's news clips promptly throughout the business day, often within minutes of publication.

The RushClips service monitors over 3,500 online news sources repeatedly during the business day and automatically delivers e-mail alerts with new clips throughout the day, enabling public relations and marketing professionals to keep watch on the day's most-recently published news articles about their company, its brands, people and competitors.

"In delivering today's press clips from throughout the world, RushClips represents a notable improvement over traditional press clipping services which don't have such wide-ranging media coverage and take days or weeks to deliver news clips," stated William J. Comcowich, President and CEO of CyberAlert. "Best of all, the RushClips service is considerably less expensive than conventional press clipping services which usually charge steep premiums for faster delivery."

The RushClips service also incorporates once-a-day overnight clip delivery from 10,000 additional news sources in 17 languages. In total, RushClips monitors 13,000+ media outlets worldwide each day.

Once delivered, the press clippings are stored in a "Digital Clip Book™", an exclusive service of CyberAlert that safely keeps clips in a central database accessed through a password-protected Web site. The digital clip storage enables RushClips subscribers to easily sort, search, distribute and manage news clips.

"RushClips fills a vital need in today's business environment where quick response to news stories is often crucial to PR and marketing success," Comcowich said. "The RushClips' alerts to breaking news from a wide variety of news sources enables public relations, public affairs, and marketing teams to quickly assess the reach and impact of news stories and to respond appropriately," he concluded.

RushClips is a subscription service. More information about RushClips is available at http://www.cyberalert.com/rushclips.html.
