This evaluation process requires detailed due diligence in the areas of market research and competitor analysis, risk assessment, market/margin potential, and overall alignment with Liberty's core competencies and strategy. The introduction of new product categories/lines to executive management will include category innovation strategies and potential product designs/prototypes. Focus should be given to speed to market as it relates to introducing new products/categories. Constantly review market conditions and communicate to management competitor information, price concerns, new regulations, and/or issues related to possible service interruptions or other market changes.
Execute and maintain a branding strategy and architecture that has the buy-in from management and is actionable in the short and mid-term. Manage relationship with Masco Product Design (MPD) and collaborate regarding product designs and functionality needs.
