(www.cyberalert.com), the worldwide media monitoring and press clipping service, today announced the 16 not-for-profit organizations who will receive 2005 Public Relations Grants. Each grant is for one free year of online news monitoring service using CyberAlert 4.0. The total value of the grants approximates $35,000. This is the second year that CyberAlert has awarded the grants.The following organizations are the 2005 PR grant recipients:
Over 300 not-for-profit organizations applied to CyberAlert for the PR Grants. The CyberAlert selection process favored national and international organizations with innovative services that benefit the young, the poor, the mentally ill, the abused, minorities, better government, and scientific research. "After personally reviewing all grant applications, I can tell you that the choices were difficult indeed and every grant applicant was worthy," stated William J. "Even though the selection process was arduous, we're delighted that CyberAlert can effectively help worthy not-for-profit organizations and give back to the PR community that has helped us grow and expand over the past five years.
